Once retained, Vertigrate provides our client with a dedicated project manager to shepherd the data. As soon as the data is loaded into our early case assessment tool it can be clustered based upon file type, size and date range; either globally or by custodian. After indexing the data, our tool can present the litigation team with a dynamic tool to search and subsequently cluster the hit results across custodian or date range. This pre-processing information aids our clients in determining which custodians and date ranges to focus on, and where to begin the actual processing of the collected set for ultimate review.
Vertigrate can process capacity is 200 – 300 GB’s per day within an SSAE 16 SOC-1 audited facility. Once complete, we can deliver to any standard load file standard for your own review platform, or load the data in our own Relativity platform.
If additional reviewers are needed, Vertigrate can arrange for contract reviewers in a secure domestic facility.
